Richard Lorenzo, DO
Dr. Lorenzo completed his undergraduate studies in Chemistry at Washington and Jefferson College, based in Washington, Pennsylvania, and earned his medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. He honed his specialty in obstetrics and gynecology during his residency at the Western Pennsylvania Hospital in Pittsburgh.

In addition to his qualifications, Dr. Lorenzo holds double board certifications from the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and the American Osteopathic Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
​
Dr. Lorenzo is a distinguished Fellow of both the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and the American College of Osteopathic Obstetricians and Gynecologists.
​
His extensive professional services encompass a wide range of gynecological and obstetric care, including obstetrics, infertility care, and all aspects of gynecology. Skilled in advanced surgical procedures, Dr. Lorenzo expertly performs minimally invasive surgeries, treatments for abnormal uterine bleeding, birth control options, and hysterectomy. He has also received specialized training in handling high-risk pregnancies and advanced minimally invasive surgical procedures, including minimally invasive hysterectomy.

In 2009, Dr. Lorenzo relocated to the Tri-Cities area, where he enjoys spending his leisure time hiking, working on home improvement projects, and spending quality time with his wife and three children.

Kortney Jones, ARNP
Kortney Jones, ARNP, a family practice Nurse Practitioner, joined the Complete Healthcare for Women team in 2020.

Kortney Jones received her Nursing degree at Columbia Basin College in Richland, WA. She holds a bachelor's degree in Nursing from Washington State University. Kortney completed her Masters in Family Practice at Simmons University in Boston, MA. She completed most of her clinical rotations with Dr. Lorenzo at Complete Healthcare for Women.

Kortney Jones is board-certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She provides obstetric services, including birth control, pregnancy and prenatal care, delivery, and infertility, as well as gynecological services, such as women’s health and wellness, abnormal uterine bleeding, endometriosis, urinary incontinence, and menopause. Kortney assists Dr. Lorenzo in surgical procedures and rounds with patients at the hospital.

Kortney has lived in the Tri-City area for 20 years with her husband and daughters. She and her family enjoy the outdoors.

Teresa Mendoza, FNP
Teresa Mendoza DNP, FNP, earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice from Washington State University. A true Pacific Northwest enthusiast, she loves hiking and exploring with her family. Known for her warm bedside manner and evidence-based approach, Teresa delivers compassionate, patient-centered care—guiding preventive health, and supporting patients at every stage of their life.
