Dr. Richard Lorenzo is a double board-certified OB-GYN and Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine with more than 26 years of experience caring for women in the Tri-Cities. He founded Complete Healthcare for Women with a clear purpose: to build a practice where patients receive thoughtful, comprehensive care from a team that knows their full health picture.

Over the course of his career, Dr. Lorenzo has developed expertise across the full spectrum of women's health — from routine gynecologic care and obstetrics to complex surgical procedures, hormone management, and advanced treatments, including NeuroStar TMS therapy for depression. He is known for his thorough clinical approach, his willingness to spend time with patients, and his ability to explain complex medical information clearly.

Dr. Lorenzo has spent his entire career serving Richland, Kennewick, Pasco, and the greater Tri-Cities community. He is accepting new patients.

Kortney Jones, ARNP

Kortney Jones is an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner specializing in hormone therapy, medical weight management, and women's wellness. As the founder of Modern Medical Spa, the aesthetic and wellness practice affiliated with Complete Healthcare, Kortney brings a holistic perspective that bridges clinical medicine and restorative wellness.

Kortney joined Dr. Lorenzo's practice in 2000, drawn by a shared commitment to comprehensive, patient-centered care. She is deeply attuned to how hormonal changes affect energy, mood, sleep, metabolism, and quality of life, and she works with each patient to develop individualized treatment plans built on lab data, detailed health histories, and ongoing clinical monitoring.

Kortney believes patients should feel informed and empowered - not just treated. She is accepting new patients.

Teresa Mendoza, FNP

Teresa Mendoza is a Family Nurse Practitioner providing primary care services for women at Complete Healthcare. With a background in family medicine and a dedicated focus on women's health, Teresa offers same-day sick visits, chronic condition management, immunizations, medication management, and coordinated specialty referrals - all within a practice that already understands your complete health history. Teresa is committed to building lasting relationships with her patients and providing the kind of consistent, continuity-based care that makes a meaningful difference over time. She is accepting new patients.
